One to One Yoga

Individual yoga sessions are specifically designed for you at a time that suits you best.
Sessions are undertaken either in your own home or at a selected venue.  The teacher
comes to you and all equipment is provided.

These one on one yoga sessions are ideal when you need, or would like to have the sole
attention of the yoga tutour, or when you are unable to attend an open class (for
whatever reason).

All small group and individual yoga sessions incorporate a holistic approach to the
body and mind using personal coaching methods to ensure that you get the most out
of every session.
