Yoga Classes 

Tuesdays

7 - 8.30pm -  Uffculme Village Hall, Bridge Street, Uffculme, Devon EX15 3AX


In all our yoga sessions we start with stillness to settle the
body and mind, progress into gentle warm ups of the body
and then practice a range of physical asanas (postures)
and breathing techniques, ending with a guided relaxation.

All equipment is provided - just bring yourself!  (Although of
course you are welcome to bring your own mat!)
