two friends and family members, or having your own individual session in the comfort of your own
home. 
In addition you could have yoga sessions in your work place, and there are a number of weekend
workshops running throughout the year that you can attend.

About Annie Metcalfe
Annie has been involved in Yoga for over 30 years, studying with many
influential yoga teachers. In addition she has a  background in the health
and social care sector. She is a qualified Social Worker, NLP Master
Practitioner as well as a Life and Business Performance Coach and
continues to work as an independent consultant in the health and social
care field.

Now based in the Southwest, UK on the Somerset & Devon border she
practices and teaches a gentle style of Hatha Yoga that aims to be
accessible to all.  She currently offers mixed ability classes in the villages
of Uffculme and Halberton, Devon and very much welcomes beginners as
well as those who have practiced yoga before and wish to improve, or are
returning after a break.

Annie has undertaken Yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga as well
as the Devon School of Yoga and is a member of  the Independant Yoga
Network and the British Wheel of Yoga.
Before you commence yoga you will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire which Annie will discuss with you to ensure your yoga experience is a postive one.
